SYSPRO ERP integration

The integration layer SYSPRO is missing.

I work in SYSPRO daily as an engineer, not a reseller. e.net integrations, automation, custom reporting, and the working products below, delivered one fixed scope at a time.

Remitflagship

Cash application: reads remittance advices (PDF, email, Excel, scan), matches payments to invoices, outputs a posting file. Your AR clerk stops retyping.

Tracebuilt

Read-only order visibility: search, status, past-due, every company, one screen.

Intakebuilt

Bulk order and BOM entry, validated against master data before the ERP is touched.

e.net development

Custom integrations against SYSPRO business objects: web portals, EDI, Shopify, CRM sync, label printing, whatever your VAR quoted six figures for.

Reporting

Power BI dashboards and SQL reporting straight from SYSPRO tables, without waiting on canned reports.

Automation

Order entry, document distribution, and approval workflows automated without breaking SYSPRO business logic.

fixed-price scopes · read-only first · NDA by default · compatible with SYSPRO, not affiliated

Common questions

Are you a SYSPRO partner or VAR?

No. I am an independent engineer who uses SYSPRO daily in a manufacturing environment. That means no license sales agenda: you get integration and automation work priced as engineering, and your VAR relationship stays untouched.

Will you need write access to our ERP?

Not to start. Phase one of every engagement is read-only against replicated or exported data, so there is zero risk to your live system. Write paths only happen after the scope, the test plan, and the rollback plan are agreed in writing.

Which SYSPRO versions do you work with?

SYSPRO 8 primarily, including e.net solutions business objects and direct SQL Server reporting. If you are on SYSPRO 7, most reporting and integration patterns still apply; describe your setup and I will tell you honestly what fits.

What does a typical scope cost?

Every scope is fixed-price and in writing before work starts. Small reporting or automation scopes start in the low thousands; product deployments like Remit are quoted after a short discovery call. No hourly meters.
